The FU organization is egalitarian which means that nobody is in charge. Andy Bridges and Scott Daniel do most of the web stuff and group maintenance and usually are the ones that order discs and t-shirts and that kind of stuff. They are also learned in the mysteries of e-mail so they send notices from time to time to encourage or instruct the faithful.
